The man behind the guest blog “Reaching Out the Best SEO Changes of the Past” has in fact shared the best thoughts for the innovations taking place in the Search Engine Optimization field and other interest as well. I believe 2012 will be evolutionary for a lot of bloggers and Internet marketers around the world. For sure, many of my followers here will move forward and attain their purposes, while some will resist and face a kind of adversity.

The magnificence of being a geek on this blog is that even if you are upward or downward on any day, this going to be a compassionate blogosphere of geeks who will recognize what's obtainable for you.

When you’re soaring high like some people who can facilitate to deal with the development, the passion, the choice and the party. And when you are feeling stumpy, there is always a person who has experienced the same thing before who will share their knowledge and occurrences with you.

There is no problem that we exist in a world-shattering time. Years ago the most popular way of entertainment for students were hanging out with friends, walking around the parks and play sports. That was yesterday, when there were no online chat, no online games no social media sites! To the new generation, the youth, with the boom of technology, social media network takes part in bringing up the new society of today especially to the students. Different social media sites nowadays are the student’s new structure to get emotional support from peers. Blogs, Facebook, twitter, my space and others offer students a new way to communicate, share and explore the other side of the world. It’s not only for the promotion of one’s personality but also the advantage of having friends and diversity.

Social Media Revolution and Addiction

Students do not find only social media websites for amusement though most of the time it is. Social media websites promotes learning, business, research and interaction. The sad thing is that most students do not see it that way. . Yes indeed we live in the modern world, we live in social technology world yet we failed to see the other side of social media that could effective to change the way our education system goes. Most of the students care about the newest updates, latest tweets, uploads, music and other latest issues. Even during school discussion some students couldn’t keep their mouth shut about what’s new on Facebook.

Eventually things lead to another and students never realized that they keep on tracking their status, checking updates as if obsessed with the feedbacks every minute, every hour. These things become a habit, and these habits become an addiction, a new conflict then rise. Addiction to drugs is already a society problem since ages and now on the 21st century a new addiction is formed.

Social media are great, fun and entertaining but when you say that you’re addicted to it, it’s the other way around. It was said that checking status, updates and being obsessed to it is the same with taking stimulants drug, you got addicted to it though social media is much better and safer. This social media addiction changes how students behave. Let just take for example during computer class I myself is a witness to it, the first thing they’ll visit the moment they sit in front of their monitors are Facebook, twitter or other accounts in which they can possibly find fun. Soon most students forget about learning and just dwell on enjoying. In most cases students get to be so attached to it that they find it hard to focus on schooling.

What’s really worst is that when they can’t live without it even just for a day.With growing social media site popularity, well definitely there’s no doubt that more and more people will see these behaviours most especially to students because they want to be always in.

We are called students because we want to learn and not just we always want to be in on what’s new. Though social media sites are already integrated in our lives, we students should also learn not to abuse it instead we should try to engage fun with learning and vice versa. Let these technologies be of enormous use and not of enormous abuse.

The Filipino game that is definitely worth playing for finally kicks off. Known as Sipa or Street Hacky Sack, this ingenious game saw Apple’s approval last November 20, 2011 and may now be downloaded from the Apple store.

SIPA The Newest Filipino Computer Game

Sipa, is the Philippines national game. The word means “to kick”, in Filipino and this is played by kicking the small ball or “sipa” with the goal of keeping it afloat and to never allow it to land on the ground. This is done by constantly kicking the ball, ergo, controlling it, using either the inner or the outer foot or the elbow. The player who keeps it afloat longer wins the game. In the Philippines, players use washer with ribbons or scrap cloth or a ball of rubber bands in lieu of a real ball.

This is one of the local games children used to play, along with “tumbang preso”, “luksong tinik”, “taguan”. Such games used to be the games that children play on the streets. Then came the wave of the computer, console and PSP games. We saw less and less children being on the streets but more and more children in computer shops. Technology has changed even the way we play, but this does not mean abandoning games we grew up with. Thus, a group of nationalists and social entrepreneurs came up Sipa. Now you can play it with android phones and Apple gadgets.

Aside from the fact that Sipa will bring back childhood memories to adults, it will introduce the game to the younger ones in the format they are more familiar with. Plus the adults can play it without using their arms, legs and feet but with their hands alone. The backround where Butchokoy, the main character in the game, shows significant landmarks and beautiful places like Luneta, Quiapo, UP, Mt. Pulag.

Sipa is not only a game but a story. It begins with Butchokoy being bullied by a playmate named Tonyo. Tonyo deprives Butchukoy from joining him and the rest of the group as they play the former’s remote-controlled robot toy. Butchukoy goes home feeling sad and low. His parents teaches him to play sipa and Butchokoy enjoys the game, and suddenly forgets about the incident. We see the importance of family which is a core Filipino value.

How Facebook Affects the Life of Students?

Social networking sites let individuals to present themselves, and begin or keep connections with others. The extremely popular social network site for students in different levels, Facebook, has already printed a big impact on their lives. The site can be used towards work-related contexts, romantic relationship commencement and connecting those with shared interests. Members may use the site to mingle with people they already know offline or to find new friends. Facebook permits its users to present themselves in an Internet profile, build up "friends" who can post comments on each other's walls, and view each other's page.

Facebook associates can also join groups based on common interests, see what things they have in common, and learn each others' hobbies, interests, favorite music, and romantic relationship status through their pages.

But what are behind these facts? What does Facebook bring to the lives of the members especially to the students? How does Facebook affect the life of a student?

Students VS Facebook

According to studies, Facebook has an impact to students. Some students are using it for educational purposes. Students would like to do some online collaboration with classmates. It is said that Using Facebook boosts students’ self-esteem even more. They would feel belongingness in the community compared to those who do not have accounts. It also provides news on what are happening in the real world and even in their school campuses. On the other hand, negative effects flourish. It was found that social networking sites has formed a new kind of addiction which we called the "social media addiction" and it is quite true in using Facebook. Are you addicted to Facebook? Some would say "yes" and some would say "no". It depends on the level of cravings. But in the recent study, it was found that a lot of students are by now addicted to it, to the extent that their school performance is affected.

"Children who spend much of their time online find it harder to focus in class and have short attention span " researchers found through the samples that 7 out of 10 teachers believed that their students are becoming obsessed with social media sites such as Facebook. Their students tend to study while using Facebook and it shows that they got 20% lower grades. Facebook-using students even perform task (projects or assignments) without completion for the reason that they spend more time scrolling down on their newsfeed to see updates about their friends and look up for their notifications rather than finishing their school tasks. Aside that Facebook affects students’ academic performance; it also has an effect on students’ emotional health. Yes, students feel connected to others but study shows that they manifest depression through seeing their status updates. Some would utilize the site to express what they feel towards their enemy in school or even outside the campus. They would blurt out through posting status that would target their opponent just to hurt their feelings.

With the rampant use of all the social networking sites, students are coming loose to the real associates. Facebook chats and posts would make them busy nowadays. They may be connected to many people but they somehow disconnect with the important aspects of their lives and one of those is education. The belief of meeting people face to face seems very odd. Students prefer to send and receive instant messages or post messages through Facebook.

Many other elements could be the reason for the inattention in studies of students. But somehow social networks like Facebook have a negative impact on the education of some students. Facebook could make students vain for better or for worse and it is the parents' obligation to watch and guide their children to get the utmost good benefits from Facebook.

The kind and amount of traffic most bloggers get to their blog will determine their livelihood, and in the time we live now not just any kind of traffic will suffice when it comes to building a successful blog. While the number of visitors to a blog is very important, the quality of the traffic is even more important, and a lot of bloggers are starting to realize this. If that is the case, a lot of free access we enjoyed now wouldn't be possible in the future.

It is now time for my tips for you. I’d like to talk about tactical keywords. When you search for keywords, always ensure that you do investigation and assessment to search volume in both local search and global search. This is for you to recognize which search keywords are most appropriate to promote. Keyword page optimization concerns to whether your blog is targeted toward the specific location or towards global competition.

How to do this? Simply, do page optimization by having the chosen and the most profitable keywords in the URL, meta description, title tags, header tags, page content and in the article content. Also do not neglect to optimize pictures, videos and multimedia flash with captions, alt texts and names – This will also add traffic to your niche.

When you’re done doing the on page part, give focus on inbound links not only from global websites but also from local websites for local search domination. In link building, always remember that the more relevant and appropriate your content is, the greater your probability to earn link baits and social media links.

Basic SEO Seminar with LSU - SOURCE

Hi there, how are you today? I was been busy these days with some offline activities and with my work as SEO Media Buyer. Yeah but I still have so much time for fun and for research about web trends. Anyway, this is my first post here about my recently concluded Mini SEO Seminar with an organization at La Salle University Ozamiz City, so I hope you find my share useful and I look forward to your comments especially from the guys who have joined the seminar.

I believe, running well planned seminar sessions can be an enormous way to build the integrity of SEO together as refining an organisation. But if we don’t put a little effort, it can look dishonourable and poor. Who is going to care about putting SEO into practice if we don’t even look like we care about it in ourselves?

And so I was invited by a newly founded organization in my alma mater to talk about SEO to its growing members due to their interests to know things about search engine, SEO and social media. The group is called “SOURCE” or Student's Organization Utilizing the Realm of Computer Eclecticism (SOURCE) – An accredited La Sallian Organization founded November 12, 2011 by Earl Hanzel D. Bohol, BSCS-4 Student of La Salle University, Ozamiz City. This group is dedicated to the students to learn about Multimedia, Programming and Web Development by means of self studies and exploration, seminars and trainings, tutorials and coaching and crowdsourcing and IT events participation.

Recognizing SEO Needs

As what I have said in the seminar, SEO is progressively broader, multifaceted and increasingly evolving as search engines and the web keeps on changing. It is not everyone in the internet needs to know each detail of SEO from one end to the other. So if you are a web developer, you don’t need to know every detail of SEO but you can find out how to put up SEO friendly sites by following profitable link building strategies and website tweaking.

Self Assessment

It was honestly my first time to speak to the group as well as to talk about SEO and Social Media and so I shared my positive experiences about my Internet marketing job and I think I have created something truly effective.

The Geek Goes to Pasungko Festival 2011

It was a busy day for a person like me who work project based for an outsourcing company, having a freelancing career during spare time and with some geeky whereabouts with friends and colleagues. Normally, I sleep late working with my SEO and social media marketing tasks. But that day after 4 hours of sleep, I was been awaken by a loud noise of drums, chants, and some other ethnical rhythms. And so I looked up at what happened outside.

That was really a great day for me having the sense of purpose and sharing (seminar), and enjoyment with the parade of colors and culture in front of me.

My sleepiness has gone when I’ve seen the presentations of more than 10 contingents infront of the house I rented. I witnessed the Subanen culture and colors that shaped our place – Misamis Occidental. Truly, a festival that made me learned something about our history. As what the production and the dances have presented, Subanen tribe were the most serene tribe in Mindanao who originally found along the river banks or "suba" but now dwell in the mountains because of a continuous assault of the Muslim group in Mindanao.

The feast was called “Pasungko Festival 2011” which was held at Oroquieta City – the City of Good Life. Pasungko means a sacrificial offering of the harvest as thanksgiving or simply Pasungko means thanksgiving. More about the history of Subanen people can be searched in Google. Also please don't miss to visit the booth presentations of the 13 Municipalities of Misamis Occidental as they showcased their products and delicacies. It is located at the Misamis Occidental Capitol ground.

I am inspired by the Search Engine Land’s article made by Kim Krause Berg today which is about the importance of combining SEO and usability. As you can remember, I previously have had a blog post about usability standards in blogging. My focus was on blogging usability and this latest one will just be another helpful article to the SEO realm. Oh, what will happen when SEO and usability collide?

You already knew that SEO is an essential element of driving search engine traffic to your website. Similarly, many website owners know that usability is how you guarantee your visitors to come back and share your content. But you know, not so many bloggers and even webmasters are aware of how the two work simultaneously and what happens when they collide.

SEO vs Usability

Let’s have a short talk on the usability.

All of the websites I worked with have this sense of usability as it is what I always look to any client that I have. I don’t know what to work on and promote for a website that looks like spam or an illegal one. Fortunately, all of them look professional and with great sleek and easy navigation. Now why needs usability sense? Well, I always tell this to anyone who ask me about blogging; it gives us defined blogging or website practices by having reliable direction. It ensures regularity by assuring content that is reachable and unswerving across all contemporary browsers. And lastly, having usability standards allows anyone to cross over your content conveniently. Besides, the main purpose of usability standards is to get your content to cross over to all human users.

Searches is really a tricky and growing art and science, so rather than focusing on specific algorithmic twists, why not having the sense of usefulness and then promote how useful your services are. Google is encouraging you to focus on bringing out the best possible experience for users.

Consider that your website has two reasons: making your website attractive and reliable to attract a lot of visitors which can only be done through SEO and following usability standards. And convert this traffic into sales. Here are the tips you can do with your website to a better SEO.

Keyword Research. As usual, you should start with keyword research if you wanted to be successful in the long run. Find the most profitable keyword phrases in your market space and select a set of those that you can rule. Here’s the twist, don’t just optimize your website with the chosen keywords instead, have some long tails variants of it to ensure your domination in such niche.

Smart and Friendly Design. In this part, usability takes place and you ought to allow search engine spiders to swiftly and easily index all your pages, while also allowing users be glad navigating and roaming across your website. "Keep It Simple Stupid" Blogging Updates

It may thoroughly be the time for us to nurture our blogging routine. It’s going to really depend on what kind of blogging or Internet marketing we exasperated with. As of my blogging journey, I see to it my goals are clear (separate from my freelancing career) and that I maintain relevant topics around my niche.

Blogging Updates

I am so grateful to my great friend Bennix from bennixville who graced me with a new domain – seogeekster.com. As I look at this change, this just urges me to take blogging seriously and to make it more fun this time.

Building a blogging connection with other bloggers can be great — that’s how many great bloggers I’ve socially followed start off. But as usual, it does take more work than just blogging whenever I wanted. There are more blogging activities to be done, along with a lot of blog hopping and social media engagements. With that, I believe that through blogging and social media connection, blogger friends are going to find themselves doing the social media promotion for me by sharing my post to anywhere they want and it’s going to be a lot easier work than handling all the works on my own can.

DIY - Social Media Optimization

Here’s what I’m going to apply in this new phase. I am serious about teaming up for a better blogging that’s why I have sort out what to do immediately. The way to work on this will certainly progress, but I need ground rules in place to make it possible.

Facebook. I’ve got my Facebook account when the site was not yet that popular. I just registered myself on it with the purpose of looking for friends from the other parts of the world. When my friends asked me to join them on Facebook, I was glad as at last I could have nearby friends to talk with in the site. And dramatically, Facebook evolved into a great social network, which we’re now using tremendously. So if you’re burnt out on the management side of blogging and you just want to do resourceful work, teaming up perhaps isn’t going to be your finest solution. When I started social media marketing, I’ve found diverse opportunities especially on Facebook. I used several tools to monitor, encourage conversations within my networks, and increase social media presence through free integration. Maybe sometimes in the future, I’ll be posting out what I did with my Facebook marketing.

In the meantime, please like my Facebook fan page. I am not successful with my page but with your help maybe it will be soon.

Google +. Good news to all of you! Google+ is definitely a new social network site in the web today but it's already considered a major player in the social media realm. As we have read around how it being compared to both Twitter and Facebook. But you know Google+ does have one thing that presently Facebook and Twitter do not have. It's good for rankings especially in Google – Good for SEO.

I believe there are heaps of benefits that go along with building a bigger business with Google+. It is simple, yet engaging! We can focus on just the types of share we wanted to, handing off other parts to our circle friends. I also think that we can definitely do well, provided we’re willing to take on the responsibilities of working with it and with our circles.

Twitter. I’ve got a good traffic from Twitter. It listed #3 in my traffic referral sites stats. This may be a good outright result, but going and getting in it as part of my social media marketing is probably a better bet. You know it’s rare to find a great source of social media presence such like from Twitter. Anyway, I am happy to run things while having focus on my creative work.

I love Twitter for the reasons that it can be integrated to a lot of social media dashboards. The tweet scheduling and responding to tweets are my favourite parts. With my social media marketing, I used Twitter along with some social media dashboards such timely.is, seesmic, and hootsuite. Please check out my Twitter account and give ‘em some follow.

“Your audience may forget what you posted yesterday, but search engines don’t.” says Duane Forrester, Senior Product Manager at Bing, who urged to keep the search industry in mind when promoting via Facebook and Twitter.

And yet another Google Algorithm update via what they called “Google Fresh”. This is somewhat in contrary to Forrester’s words. I believe SEO experts and specialists, webmasters, and even users will feel the effects of this update and again this will be talked about around the web. Oh yeah, search for it, they have already talked about it.

Secure VOIP Business Phone Systems are Available

There are those who will try and tell you that VOIP-based telephone systems are more vulnerable to attack. Who has been listing in on your standard phone calls all your life? With top of the line dedicated servers, and other simple solutions, you can protect yourself. If you are still worried, you might want to leave the country.

If the CIA and Sony’s Playstation networks can be hacked, then it is pretty obvious our VOIP (Voice/Video Over Internet Protocol) business phone systems are at risk. Business is using VOIP communications like never before. There are those that will tell you using a VOIP phone system will mean we are at more risk than ever, but is this really the case? Our normal phone lines have been listened in, and on, by governments, police and other organisations for a long time. There is little we can do about protecting them. At least with VOIP communications, we have a chance at protecting ourselves, and we can make those changes and decisions ourselves.

If you have a business phone system, you should make sure your vendor is keeping you up-to-date with the latest in security improvements. I, for one, would much prefer to use a VOIP communication tool (on a dedicated server) compared with a standard phone call. Here is a look at some security features you should understand with your applications running from dedicated server hosting.

Encryption. Encryption should be standard with your application and set-up on digital phone systems. Even Skype uses encryption. It is hard enough to listen in on a Skype call, let alone other more sophisticated encryption tools. Ask your vendor about your encryption level, and always ask for more. They might be supplying you with standard levels of encryption, but extremely high levels are available.

VPN, TLS, SIP. Standard security encryption methods like a VPN (Virtual Private Network), TLS (Transport Layer Security), and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), all need to be a part of your system. Essentially, they hide your location, secure the data transit of your calls, and assist with the cloaked (or quiet) establishment of your VOIP call.

Dedicated Managed Server. To be really safe, you need your calls to be going through your own dedicated servers. If you have a VOIP provider, you will probably be using theirs, and they should know what they doing. Find out all information about where your server is, how it is built, and obtain full hardware descriptions. You should ask for verification, and you need proof. If you have just installed software on your computer, you could be using one or many servers to transmit your calls. The technology levels of these protocols is increasing all the time, and staying up to date is important.

Password Management. Passwords are one of the most common problems with VOIP systems, as they are with all accounts, and other online services. You must change your password monthly. It should not be easily quested. Someone near you could be accessing your system without you even knowing.

Firewall. The firewall is like, well a firewall. It stops a fire from entering your place of business. Even when you are using your computer at home, you should always have it on. The firewall attempts to stop anyone using your computer at a distance without your approval. There are specialised resources on the internet to help you understand. If it is not on, then you are wide open for attack.

Disabling. If you are not using some services (features) of your VOIP system, make sure you turn them off. Running features are some of the best ways for unwanted entry to your VOIP system. Talk to your provider, and see what they have to say.

Wifi. Wifi means you are more open to attack, more than before. Wifi systems need to be secured with a password, and it is better to use secure encryption, for the transmission of that password when you log on, and securing the data floating through the air.

The list of security options continues. And continues to get better all the time. Keep your standard phone line and your VOIP lines separate, and make sure you are up to day with the latest in VOIP encryption. If you don’t understand all the types of security needed, then you have a problem with your vendor, because they should have told you in the first place. If you have what is available on the market, there is no way anyone can listen in on what you are talking about.

If you are small target, it is only someone who is surfing ports (and just happens to bump into you) that can sneak through your protection. Unless you are a drug dealer, or a spy in another country, you do not have much to worry about.

The majority of bloggers nowadays are focusing on Facebook, Twitter, and Google + as their means to get social media traffic to their websites and blogs. They pay no attention to one of the most prevailing professional social media networks on the web - LinkedIn.

I’ve created my LinkedIn account November 2008 solely for the purpose of job seeking and meeting friends online. During that time, I really don’t have the knowledge to power up and use my LinkedIn profile to get utmost benefits. It was just this year that I decided to learn and go beyond social media marketing. The previous years were the times I centered my attention to SEO and other Internet marketing strategies other than social media.

So currently, my job revolves around the 4 major social media networks: Facebook, Twitter, Google + and LinkedIn. The presence of all these networks will give you a great advantage in terms of traffic, sales, and most of all, connections. I’m done with marketing experiments with Facebook and Twitter, but I’m still looking forward to get more marketing tips using them.

What really amazed me was LinkedIn network. Bloggers, freelancers and marketers who aren’t on LinkedIn are missing out the chances and the opportunities to set of connections, distribute helpful content, and of course, grow their business online. Like what I am doing with Facebook and Twitter promotions, I also have a set of strategy used in my Linkedin marketing, these include profile optimization, creating and joining networks and groups, leveraging third party applications, conversation and idea sharing, promotion posting, and building thousands of connections in just a few days.

There’s no other network that will give you the best professional connections, real focus on your industry, keeping in touch with colleagues and industry clients, great place to be an expert in your industry, and lastly but not the least, enormous in driving traffic to your blogs and websites.

Shifting or adding focus is said to be easier said than done for bloggers. In no doubt, we might be establishing a cool web presence today, but what about tomorrow? If you’re earning money from blogging and want to pursue it with focus and priority, you’d better fire up thinking ahead of your next blogging debut or even just in your next blog post. You must instigate thinking about how to level up with your blogging journey.

In this blog post, I will try to give you some simple ideas I did that will take you to a broader blogging adventure, and help you to get presence in the web, while having still your spare time to enjoy life.

Bloggers are real pioneer of interactions and building global connections.

I’m talking about your blogging network. Your list of blogs that will help you bring up your rankings as your blogging expands. Yeah, it’s not quite as simple as it sounds. Just making a list of blogs and bloggers won’t incise it.

To say again, you must truly network and get to know your audience — and this takes time! Don’t wait that long, you’ll end up getting burned because you didn’t take the time to get to make out on them and make sure they’re trustworthy.

Make a point of visiting and interaction to a number of new people every week or a day despite of whether or not you have work with or for them. Why this a trip?

Personally, I love to travel and wanted to visit some of my blogging and social media friends but since I can’t do that for now (frustrations lol), visiting their blogs for me meant a very long trip - from Philippines to USA, India, China, Singapore and to the rest of the world.

The best thing is that there is a place on any blog to leave comments about each of the post published. I get around saying my comments, asking, and answering any question that I think I could answer.

Don't Panic! Google Pagerank is Still Working

There has been a great uproar in the SEO world today with news from people that Google just stopped using its pagerank feature. I was a little surprised when I checked in to Twitter and Facebook today with all the news that bombarded my Timeline about Google stopping pagerank. I decided to check this to see if it is another rumor only to discover that the pagerank of my dick blick coupon and istockphoto discount blog isn’t displaying at all. I tried using a couple more tools and checking some of my favorite blogs online only to notice they have the same problem. What could be wrong?

I started reading the topics on webmaster forums and I also used the internet to do a little bit of research only to eventually come up with a solution to the problem. The problem isn’t actually Google stopping its pagerank feature; it is with some changes Google made on how pagerank works. Google pagerank is still working fine, and no pagerank update has occurred recently. The only problem is that a change just occurred in which query URL Google uses to show people the external pagerank of other sites and as a result a lot of old tools that rely on the old query URL aren’t working.

How You Can Check Your Google Pagerank Now

If you noticed the problem with pagerank not displaying today and are actually looking for a way to check your website pagerank then it is completely possible. All you need to do is install the latest version of the Google toolbar on your Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer browser and then use the Google pagerank checker feature provided with it to check what your real Google pagerank is.

You should be expecting most of these tools you use to start showing the Google pagerank actively later this week. But in the meantime, here’s what I think about the Google pagerank below.

There has been a lot of controversy about the Google Pagerank feature for years now and a lot of people think it is completely irrelevant. We say, “Just Google it” or “Google is your friend!” Google is now the basis of many SEO practitioners when optimizing a website. We began to go after Google SERPs. Yahoo and Bing are the two which constantly pinch Google's share in the search battle, but mainly Google is still the prevailing player among the rest.

To my surprise, another study from Experian metric concluded that only 67.6% success rate of searches performed through Google while, Bing had a success rate of 80.0% and Yahoo was at the top of the charts with 81.4%.

"The share of unsuccessful searches highlights the opportunity for both the search engines and marketers to evaluate the search engine result pages to ensure that searchers are finding relevant information," said Experian.

What this means to us? However, both Bing and Yahoo offer the same in-results information, so in the end that factor could just be a wash, unless Google users are more likely to take advantage of the feature.

Yet, there is surely something to be said about the large difference between the success rates, but it's not likely anything will change soon. In spite of everything, Google still powers 66.1% of all online searches. The next closest competitor, Yahoo, only grabs 14.5% of the market.

So with whatsoever changes in search engines, we don't know for sure that Google will implement any of this, but would it not make for a better user experience?

I have witnessed this blog on how it jumped up from Google page rank 0 to 4 and eventually gets higher ranking in Alexa. It also got a better page and domain authority with a good number of backlinks as I checked it with an open site explorer. Commentluv plugin had helped the site to interact and build the blog owner- readers relationship.

Suggestions For Improvement

Working more on gaining quality and authority backlinks is advisable to more improve the site valuation ranking and search engine marketing ranking. The blog also needs more interactive and call to action features. A more defined and focused content on the primary keywords would help this out to conquer competitors and rank better in search engines.

Oh anyway, everything just got better with this blog basing upon on its current ranking, and I know everything will just take good place in the near future.

Hey there, how’s life? Are you ready to make a difference in your life through blogging? If you are, then take the aforementioned quote by William James. It does.

As a person whose job revolves around the web, I could reflect those blogs I hopped with will persist to become a progressively more valued source for opinions, ideas, and information in the Internet. That is because, for the most part, no other form of writing has the aptitude to affect the life of many people, in such a short period of time, as Blogs.

Make a Difference: Life at blogging, Google and Facebook

I’ve been somewhat blogging for a year now, and within that span I can count the goodness on how blogging affects my life.

Life at Blogging

Keen. The best thing about blogging is its capability to connect with various people from different locations. Blogging has made me keen to many things, learning from people around the world who has blog. I have meet famous and well respected bloggers and website owners through guest blogging to some related blogs. And you know what, I am very much grateful to them for they are kind and helpful when it comes to giving tips and advices. It is really true that geographical obstacles are no longer an issue when it comes to meeting and networking with keen and brilliant people.

Interesting! Blogging has build up my interest in life as well as perseverance and patience. Its interesting part is that it requires work, and imagination. I tend to become creative and hardworking. Maybe it’s also interesting to know that I earn a little extra income while sleeping, there’s nothing inactive about blogging.

Receptive. Blogging helps me to be open-minded. I've able to have flexibility and willingness to accept new learnings and fresh knowledge. I believe it is one key to be successful in blogging.

Aweless. I became fearless and assured – I gain enough courage to be the “me” I used to be and I’ve learned to speak out for what I accept as true. Such an inspiration to those who remain silence.

Politeness. With the advent of social media and other new ways to meet and network people, I’ve been able to maintain proper etiquette and good rules of conduct and politeness in responding to my co-bloggers. I became courteous to them at any cause.

Enthusiastic. I’ve learned that creating a community around my blog is the exciting and passionate way to maintain, build traffic and gain reverence. I think it’s better to reveal our true self enthusiastically than to hide. I’ve found out that people would respect and give trust only to those people who they get the chance to know better.

Readiness. Blogging made me aware that people are very much willing to help us after we’ve established our readiness to help them anytime, some kind of mutual understanding. At all times, I became eager and ready to respond to their concerns and feedbacks.

Meek. Through blogging, I’ve realized that it’s easier to persuade and give inspiration to other people during the time I reveal my faults. I then became appreciative to imperfection and humble enough to accept my mistakes. Maybe because through our mistakes, we learn.

Undauntedness. To be popular in the blogosphere, I discovered to myself that first, I have to be willing to show up and be different from the rest – It’s the courage to achieve something more that had help me to pursue whatever I need to chase.

Naturalize. I am cherishing the idea that blogging is evolving and naturalize – it makes me feel and think of many possibilities. There’s no time to whine for me. I've learned to respect the nature of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMO (Social Media Optimization).

Innovative. With respect to search authorities, I learned that guest posting as a way to contextual linking is really the most efficient and innovative way to get permanent exposure for my blog – I became inventive to get contextual links. The same as life, being innovative will make you “in” in the modern world.

Amiable. Honestly, blogging alone isn’t indispensable – I think it’s superior if we team up it with other like minded bloggers. That’s what I do now with my blogger friends. I’ve learned to be friendly not to criticize them by their rankings – I fully believed that an unnoticed post today could be one of the most well-liked posts of tomorrow. Keep that in mind!

Nice. I getto be over flooded with the comments, “Nice post”, “You’re nice”, and "nice one". As a return I, at all times, been kind to this comments believing in the traffic contribution policy rather than traffic generation. I am proud to say that I have exercised the spirit of giving and being nice in blogging. Others will just come to your help when you least wait for it; in ways far better. I swear.
